Fair Play Policy

1. Zero bots, real players

Every LudoNaira contest is played between real, verified human players. We do not deploy bots against you, and we use automated and manual monitoring to detect and remove any player using automation.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Bots and automation, scripts, bots, emulators, auto-clickers or any tool that plays or assists play on your behalf.
• Multiple accounts, one person may hold only one account. Additional accounts may be blocked and their balances forfeited.
• Collusion, coordinating with other players to influence a result.
• Coin dumping, deliberately losing to transfer funds between accounts.
• Exploits, abusing bugs, glitches or the bonus system in bad faith.
• Account sharing or selling, and using another person's payment or identity details.

3. How we detect unfair play

We use a combination of automated risk and pattern detection, device and network signals, gameplay analysis and manual review by our integrity team. Verified players keep contests honest, and KYC checks help ensure one account per person.

4. Penalties

• warnings or temporary suspension for minor or first issues;
• a penalty of at least 40% of the coins involved for coin dumping;
• forfeiture of balances obtained through prohibited conduct;
• permanent account closure and a ban from re-registering for serious or repeat breaches.

Decisions by our integrity team are made in good faith and are final, subject to the dispute process in our Terms & Conditions.
